Lindsay has been working in health care for 2 decades; as a Registered Massage therapist and Yoga Therapist. She loves working with the Body as a resource for Wellness; and enjoys sharing education and practices for the nervous system. She has lived in the valley for 15 years, and is dedicated to community and wellness, within her profession and as a mother.
Sessions focus on the Nervous System and education around the different states and expressions of the nervous system. This helps us understand when we are ‘flooded’ and not functioning optimally, so we can explore techniques to assist in taking care of ourselves.
Asking questions about what is happening within the body, what we are noticing, can help us understand our window of tolerance and therefore our optimal zone for functioning. Using Somatic inquiry (What are you noticing in your body or with your breath right now?) and embodied empathy, her goal is to help support you in your optimal wellness. She works with people of all ages; and physical conditions, chronic pain and anxiety.

✨ Raynor Naturopathic Massage is a system of bodywork that draws from many of the world’s great massage therapy traditions such as Shiazu, Thai massage, Swedish massage, Therapeutic and Deep Tissue Massage.
We work along bands of tension that run through the body, using the breath to help release deep holding patterns.
✨Sessions will be 90mins @ $190
Each treatment is catered to meet the needs and goals of the client.
✨Please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out short intake form of it’s your first time.
